5. Returns and Refunds
Dynamic Global enterprises Pty Ltd handles returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you may return unopened and saleable Products within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
- The Product must be in its original packaging and condition.
- You are responsible for all postage and shipping costs associated with the return.
Defective Products: If a Product is defective, please contact us immediately at support@furretti.com.au to arrange a remedy.
6. Promotions and Sales
From time to time, Furretti may run special promotions, sales, or events (such as Black Friday or End of Financial Year sales).
- Prices and discounts during these events are as marked and valid only for the specified duration.
- Offers cannot be extended, swapped, or applied retrospectively to past orders once your purchase has been placed.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel special offers at any time subject to applicable laws.
7. Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure;
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;
- Have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Voluntary Warranty: In addition to your rights under the law, Dynamic Global enterprises Pty Ltd provides a warranty against defects. To make a claim:
- Provide proof of purchase;
- Describe the defect and send notice/photos to support@furretti.com.au.
Return Address: Warranty claims or returns should be directed to our distribution centre at: 6/3 Britton St, Smithfield, NSW 2164, Australia.
This warranty excludes cosmetic damage, misuse, or modified Products.
8. Delivery
Delivery services are performed by third-party providers (the 'Delivery Service Providers'). Dynamic Global enterprises Pty Ltd is not the delivery provider but merely facilitates the process. In the event of loss or damage during delivery:
- Contact us at support@furretti.com.au so we can assist you in lodging a claim;
- We will review the delivery provider’s performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Website, the Products, and all related content (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are subject to copyright and are owned or controlled by Dynamic Global enterprises Pty Ltd. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights are reserved.
You must not, without permission:

12. Customer Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for our staff. We reserve the right to cease correspondence with any customer who engages in aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour. In such cases, communication will be terminated, and we will only respond to the extent legally required.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relates to the Terms, either party may not commence any Tribunal or Court proceedings unless the following steps have been followed (except where urgent relief is needed).
Notice: A written dispute notice must be given to the other party outlining:
- The nature of the dispute;
- The desired outcome;
- The proposed resolution.
Resolution: Upon receiving notice:
- The parties must attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 14 days;
- If unresolved, the parties must resort to mediation.
Mediation: The mediation is to be held in Sydney, Australia. Each party bears their own mediation costs.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dynamic Global enterprises Pty Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third-party content providers, and licensors from and against:
- Claims arising from any Content you post to the Website;
- Your use or attempted use of the Website;
- Any breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute, controversy, proceeding, or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to the Terms and the rights created hereby shall be governed, interpreted, and construed by, under, and pursuant to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
