By using the Website, you warrant that:
-
Any information you provide is accurate, correct, and up to date.

You are not barred from receiving products or services under the laws of Australia or other relevant jurisdictions.
3. User Obligations
As a user of the Website, you agree to:
-
Use the Website only for purposes permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
-
Maintain the confidentiality of your account details and password.
-
Access and use the Website for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Refrain from illegal or unauthorised use, including transmitting spam, unsolicited messages, or using automated scripts to collect data.
4. Purchases and Payment
Payment is made via the payment gateways available on the Website, including Shopify Payments, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), and Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Afterpay. By using these services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to verify purchase details before dispatching any Products.
5. Returns and Refunds
Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd handles all returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your statutory rights under the ACL are not affected by anything in these Terms.
5.1 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
-
No restocking fee, return shipping fee, or any other fee applies to returns of faulty or defective goods.
-
Contact us as soon as possible at support@furretti.com.au with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.
-
For genuinely faulty items, we will cover reasonable return postage.
To ensure a smooth return process, we will email you step-by-step return instructions explaining how to safely repack the product and where to place the shipping label. We ask that you follow these instructions to help protect the product during return transit.
5.2 Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions. Please note: change-of-mind returns are a voluntary courtesy offered by Furretti, not a statutory right.
Conditions for change-of-mind returns:
-
The product must be unused and in original, as-new condition — free from pet hair, odours, stains, scratches, or any signs of use or wear.
-
The product must be returned complete with its gift box, presentation packaging, and all original inclusions.
-
You must follow the return packaging instructions we email to you before sending the item back. These instructions explain how to wrap the carton and where to place the shipping label to protect the product and packaging during transit.
Returns that do not follow the packaging instructions we provide will not be accepted. If a return arrives without the correct packaging as outlined in our instructions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
5.3 Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price applies to all change-of-mind returns. This is an administrative, inspection, and handling fee. This fee does not apply to returns of faulty or defective goods.
5.4 What We Refund on Change-of-Mind Returns
Where a change-of-mind return is approved, we will refund the product price only, less the 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postage service. Returned products remain your responsibility until they are received by us. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5.5 Sale, Promotional, and Discounted Items
Products purchased on sale, with a discount code, or as part of any promotional event (including but not limited to Dog Lovers Festival, End of Financial Year, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, and any other promotion) are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges, regardless of the discount amount or type.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product purchased on sale or with a discount code is genuinely faulty or defective, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL at no cost to you.
5.6 Buy Now, Pay Later Returns
If you paid using a Buy Now, Pay Later service (such as Afterpay), your refund will be processed back through that service provider. Refund timing is subject to the payment provider's own processing schedule and may differ from standard refund timeframes.
5.7 Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who we reasonably determine are engaging in a pattern of repeated purchasing and returning, or where we suspect the returns process is being misused.
5.8 Unauthorised Returns
Please contact us at support@furretti.com.au before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns — items sent back without prior approval — cannot be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
5.9 Product Expectations
By purchasing a Furretti UGG Range bed, you acknowledge the following product characteristics which are inherent to the design and materials, and which do not constitute a defect or reason for return:
-
The memory foam pillow is firm and supportive by design. It is an orthopedic support pillow, not a soft-fill cushion. The pillow will soften gradually with use during a normal break-in period.
-
Genuine sheepskin may shed lightly, especially during the first few weeks of use. This is a natural characteristic of real sheepskin and is not a defect.
-
Because each bed uses genuine sheepskin, there will be slight natural variations in wool colour, texture, and density from one hide to another. Colours shown on screen are close representations but may vary due to monitor settings. These natural variations are a hallmark of authentic sheepskin.
-
Dogs may need several days to adjust to a new bed. This is normal animal behaviour and is not a product issue.
6. Promotions and Sales
From time to time, Furretti may run special promotions, sales, or events.
-
Prices and discounts during these events are as marked and valid only for the specified duration.
-
Offers cannot be extended, swapped, or applied retrospectively to past orders once your purchase has been placed.
-
We reserve the right to modify or cancel special offers at any time, subject to applicable laws.
-
All products purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, as set out in Section 5.5. Your statutory rights under the ACL for faulty or defective products are not affected.
7. Warranty
7.1 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies your statutory rights. You are entitled to:
-
A replacement or refund for a major failure;
-
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;
-
To have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
7.2 Voluntary 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This voluntary warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the ACL. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
-
Defective stitching or seams coming apart during normal use;
-
Faulty zippers (YKK) that fail under normal operation;
-
Structural shell defects arising from the manufacturing process;
-
Faulty hardware present at the time of delivery or developing during normal use.
7.3 What Is NOT Covered Under the Voluntary Warranty
The 12-month voluntary manufacturer warranty does not cover the following. Please note that this list relates only to the voluntary warranty — your separate statutory rights under the ACL are not affected.
-
Normal wear: Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening of the memory foam pillow over time, minor pilling of sheepskin, or general signs of use consistent with the product's age and usage.
-
Pet damage: Damage caused by pets, including but not limited to chewing, biting, scratching, tearing, digging, or any other destructive behaviour. Our products are designed for resting and sleeping — they are not chew toys and are not engineered to withstand aggressive or destructive behaviour.
-
Improper care: Damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product, including machine drying sheepskin, using bleach or enzyme-based detergents, or submerging the memory foam core.
-
Commercial use: Damage arising from use in kennels, boarding facilities, veterinary clinics, groomers, hotels, or retail environments.
-
Other: Cosmetic damage, misuse, modifications, or accidental damage.
7.4 How to Make a Warranty Claim
-
Email support@furretti.com.au within 12 months of purchase.
-
Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the defect.
-
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We will email you step-by-step return instructions if the item needs to be sent back. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you follow these instructions when packing and shipping your return.
Return address: 6/3 Britton St, Smithfield, NSW 2164, Australia.
8. Delivery
8.1 Dispatch and Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our distribution centre in Smithfield, NSW. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Standard shipping is available to metropolitan areas. Express shipping is available at additional cost.
8.2 Signature on Delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery due to the premium value of the product. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign, or provide a business address where the parcel can be received during business hours. Authority to Leave (ATL) is not available.
8.3 Packaging and Transit
Your bed ships in a printed Furretti carton wrapped in protective stretch film, with fragile handling stickers applied to the outer packaging. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, minor cosmetic marks on the outer carton may occasionally occur during transit due to the nature of freight handling.
If your product or packaging arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately at support@furretti.com.au with your order number and photos. We will work with you to find a fair resolution in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8.4 PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We can deliver to PO Box addresses via Australia Post. Please note that free shipping promotions do not apply to PO Box deliveries — Australia Post rates will be calculated at checkout.
Parcel Locker delivery is not available due to the size of the shipping carton.
8.5 Delivery Instructions
You may include delivery notes at checkout, such as access codes or buzzer numbers, to help the driver reach you. However, all orders require a signature on delivery and cannot be left unattended. Delivery notes are passed to the courier but we cannot guarantee the driver will follow specific instructions.
8.6 Product Weight
UGG Range beds weigh approximately 5kg (product only) and approximately 15kg in their shipping carton. Please keep this in mind when considering delivery access and any potential return shipping costs.
8.7 Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@furretti.com.au as soon as possible — and within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost parcels. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Website, the Products, and all related content (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are subject to copyright and are owned or controlled by Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd. All rights are reserved unless otherwise indicated.

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions implied or imposed by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which by law may not be limited or excluded.
Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
All implied terms, guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions not expressly stated in these Terms are excluded;
-
Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd will not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Products or these Terms.
12. Customer Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for our staff. We reserve the right to cease correspondence with any customer who engages in aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour. In such cases, communication will be limited to what is legally required.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.
Notice: The party raising the dispute must provide written notice to the other party, outlining the nature of the dispute and the desired outcome.
Good faith resolution: Upon receiving notice, both parties must attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 14 days.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer's right to seek remedies through applicable state or territory tribunals, including but not limited to NCAT (NSW), VCAT (Victoria), QCAT (Queensland), or any other relevant body.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims arising from any content you post to the Website, your use of the Website, and any breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in any court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under Australian law, including state and territory consumer tribunals.
16. Severance
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or tribunal, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
