Order Processing & Dispatch We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our distribution centre in Smithfield, NSW. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping: We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. Estimated delivery is 2-8 business days for Metro areas (Regional/Rural areas may take longer).

Priority/Express Shipping: Need it faster? Customers can choose to upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout. Live courier rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically based on your location.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers Because we utilize premium courier services (primarily Aramex) to handle our large luxury items, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is strictly required at checkout. If a PO Box is provided, your order will be delayed while we contact you for an alternative address.
Delivery Instructions & Liability At checkout, you may specify your delivery preference:

Authority to Leave (ATL): If you select ATL, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at your premises. Please note that Furretti is not liable for any parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been successfully delivered.

Signature Required: If you do not select ATL, someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery Fees If no one is home to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or update your tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to reschedule the delivery or collect the item. Please be aware that couriers may charge a re-delivery fee if multiple attempts are required or if the parcel is returned to our warehouse. Furretti is not responsible for covering these courier-imposed re-delivery fees.
