Refund policy

We want you and your furry companion to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Vacuum-Sealed Products (Beds): Due to strict hygiene reasons and the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on vacuum-sealed beds once the seal has been broken or opened. Items must remain completely unopened inside their original vacuum-sealed packaging.

  • Standard Packaged Products (Bags, Covers, Accessories): Must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Items must be completely free of pet hair, odours, stains, and signs of wear.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@furretti.com.au with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address for our Smithfield, NSW warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Warranty) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@furretti.com.au with photos of the issue so we can make it right. Furretti products are backed by a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
