Unboxing Your Allegro Bag
We ship the Allegro Bag sealed for protection—not vacuum formed—so it arrives ready to hold its shape without deep creases or distortion.

What’s Inside:

• Structured Body: The walls are reinforced with high-quality foam sponge inserts. These provide permanent structure and do not need to be removed or assembled.
• Support Base: A sturdy PE board is tucked into the base to ensure your pet has a stable floor to stand or sleep on.
• Quick Tip: While the bag holds its shape immediately, a very minor steaming can be used to instantly smooth out any shipping wrinkles on the outer fabric.

How to Care for Your Allegro Bag
Accidents happen, but keeping your carrier fresh is easy. The Allegro Bag is designed to be fully machine washable with just a few simple prep steps.

Washing Instructions:

1. Remove the Base: Unzip the inner pillow compartment.
2. Take Out Support: Remove the inner base foam and the rigid PE support board. These should not go in the washing machine.
3. Leave the Walls: The structural sponge inserts in the walls are designed to stay in place—do not remove them.
4. Wash: Place the bag in the machine on a gentle cycle.

Fabric Details:

• Material: 100% Polyester fabric.
• Base: Features a non-slip, dotted grip bottom for added safety when placed on smooth surfaces.

1. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Category A: Vacuum Sealed Products (e.g., Beds)
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of these products, we strictly cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal has been opened. Once the seal is broken, the product expands and cannot be repackaged or resold. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened inside its original vacuum-sealed packaging. If you are unsure about the size or style, please do not break the seal until you are certain, or contact our support team for advice before opening.

Category B: Standard Packaged Products (e.g., Bags, Accessories)
For items that are not vacuum sealed, you may return them even if the outer packaging has been opened, provided they are completely unused. The item must be in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. It must be free from pet hair, odours, stains, or signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact support@furretti.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: Items purchased on "Final Sale" are not eligible for change of mind returns.

2. Warranty Policy

Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as Furretti) provides a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty to the original purchaser.

What is Covered:
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing faults such as defective stitching, broken zippers, or faulty hardware present at the time of delivery or developing during normal use.
• Structural defects arising from the manufacturing process.

What is NOT Covered:
This warranty is strictly for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by external factors. Specifically, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
• Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.
• Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels, kennels, or retail environments.
• Improper Care, including damage resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions (e.g. washing incorrectly).
• Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Furretti Bed. Covers designed for our beds may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect (regardless of whether it has been opened or used):

• Email support@furretti.com.au.
• Include your Order Number and clear photos or video showing the defect.
• If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Is the Allegro Bag the Right Fit?
The Allegro is specifically crafted for petite companions to ensure a snug and secure ride. Please measure your pet from the base of the neck to the base of the tail before purchasing.

• Maximum Pet Length: 32cm.
• Bag Dimensions (External): Length 41cm x Width 29cm x Height 29cm.
• Cozy Zone (Internal Pillow): Length 31cm x Width 19cm.

This carrier is tailored for small breeds such as the Chihuahua, Maltese Terrier, Miniature Dachshund, Miniature Poodle, Papillon, Pomeranian, Toy Poodle, and Yorkshire Terrier.
