AURA Bed

Your AURA Bed arrives vacuum-sealed to save space during shipping. Because of this compression, the bed typically takes 24–48 hours to naturally return to its true size, and the fabric may initially show some creases.

However, you don't have to wait! You can fast-track the expansion process and have the bed at its full potential in just 15 minutes by following these three simple steps:

• Fluff & Massage: Immediately after removing the packaging, give the bed and pillow a good shake. Use your hands to vigorously massage and fluff the bolsters and pillow to help air re-enter the filling.
• Steam: Gently use a steam iron over the fabric cover. The heat smooths out any creases, while the steam penetrates deep into the polyester fibers of the fabric, causing them to instantly expand.
• Blow Dry: Finish by going over the fabric with a hair dryer. This dries any dampness from the steam, leaving the bed volumized, plush, and ready for use.

⚠️ CAUTION: Please be careful not to apply direct, high heat for too long. Keep the steam iron moving and hold the hair dryer at a safe distance to avoid burning or melting the velvet fabric.

Care Instructions: The Aura Bed

Keeping your Aura Bed fresh and comfortable is effortless. This bed features a seamless design without zippers, meaning there is no need to dismantle covers.

Washing Instructions

No Disassembly Required: The central pillow and the main bed structure do not have removable covers.

Machine Wash: Simply place both the central pillow and the main bed structure directly into your washing machine. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle using cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent to protect the fabric fibers and filling.

Drying & Finishing

Air Dry Only: Hang the bedding to dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry.

Remove Dampness: You can use a blow dryer to remove any residual dampness that may occur after air drying; this also helps to fluff up the inner filling for maximum loft.

Steam Ironing: To keep the fabric looking pristine, you may use a steam iron to smooth out any creases. Ensure you keep the iron moving constantly and do not hold it in one place to avoid damaging the material.

1. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Category A: Vacuum Sealed Products (e.g., Beds)
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of these products, we strictly cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal has been opened. Once the seal is broken, the product expands and cannot be repackaged or resold. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened inside its original vacuum-sealed packaging. If you are unsure about the size or style, please do not break the seal until you are certain, or contact our support team for advice before opening.

Category B: Standard Packaged Products (e.g., Bags, Accessories)
For items that are not vacuum sealed, you may return them even if the outer packaging has been opened, provided they are completely unused. The item must be in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. It must be free from pet hair, odours, stains, or signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact support@furretti.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: Items purchased on "Final Sale" are not eligible for change of mind returns.

2. Warranty Policy

Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as Furretti) provides a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty to the original purchaser.

What is Covered:
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing faults such as defective stitching, broken zippers, or faulty hardware present at the time of delivery or developing during normal use.
• Structural defects arising from the manufacturing process.

What is NOT Covered:
This warranty is strictly for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by external factors. Specifically, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
• Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.
• Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels, kennels, or retail environments.
• Improper Care, including damage resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions (e.g. washing incorrectly).
• Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Furretti Bed. Covers designed for our beds may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect (regardless of whether it has been opened or used):

• Email support@furretti.com.au.
• Include your Order Number and clear photos or video showing the defect.
• If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To ensure your dog has the most comfortable sleep possible, we recommend choosing a size based on your dog's body length (measured from nose to tail base).

Small Size
Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 35cm.
Dimensions: External 55 x 40cm | Internal Sleeping Area 39 x 25cm.

Small/Medium Size
Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 47cm.
Recommended Breeds: Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, Dachshund, French Bulldog, Miniature Schnauzer, Pug, Shih Tzu, and Whippet.
Dimensions: External 70 x 50cm | Internal Sleeping Area 51 x 33cm.

Medium Size
Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 58cm.
Recommended Breeds: Beagle, Basset Hound, Cocker Spaniel, Corgi, Miniature Poodle, Shiba Inu, and Whippet.
Dimensions: External 85 x 60cm | Internal Sleeping Area 62 x 42cm.

Large Size
Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 71cm.
Recommended Breeds: Border Collie, Boxer, Dalmation, Golden Retriever, Husky, Labrador, Poodle, and Samoyed.
Dimensions: External 100 x 70cm | Internal Sleeping Area 75 x 50cm.

X-Large Size
Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 88cm.
Recommended Breeds: Akita, Bernese Mountain Dog, Doberman, German Shepherd, Greyhound, Maremma Sheepdog, Rottweiler, and Vizsla.
Dimensions: External 115 x 80cm | Internal Sleeping Area 92 x 62cm.

How to Measure: Measure your dog from the nose to the base of the tail to see which size suits them best.
