To ensure your Bosco Bed arrives safely and compactly, we vacuum-seal it for shipping. When you first open the package, the bed may look slightly flat or creased. While it will naturally expand to its full shape over 24–48 hours, following these simple steps will help you achieve maximum plushness in just 15 minutes.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Unpack with Care:
Carefully cut open the vacuum-sealed packaging, ensuring you do not damage the bed itself. Remove the bed and discard the plastic.

2. Shake & Fluff:
Give the bed a vigorous shake to separate the internal filling. Massage the bolsters and the central cushion to encourage air to circulate back into the foam and fibers.

3. Steam to Smooth:
To remove creases from shipping and restore the structure, use a steam iron on the woven outer fabric. The steam relaxes the fibers, smoothing out lines and helping the bed take its proper shape. Note: Keep the iron moving to avoid overheating one spot.

4. The Final Touch:
For a showroom finish, go over the bed with a blow dryer on a warm setting. This helps remove any residual moisture from the steaming process and adds extra volume to the fabric texture.

Result:
Your Bosco Bed is now fully expanded, smooth, and ready for your dog to enjoy!

Bosco Bed Care Instructions

Keeping your Bosco Bed plush and inviting is simple. Designed for both style and comfort, this bed features a durable woven fabric cover that is easy to maintain, ensuring a fresh sleeping space for your pet.

Washing Instructions

Preparation: The bed features a fully removable cover system. The central pillow cover unzips for easy removal. Additionally, the internal bolsters are accessible via zippers located inside the bed. Please unzip and remove the pillow insert and all bolster inserts before washing.

Method: Once all inserts are removed, machine wash the woven outer cover on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent.

Drying & Finishing

Air Dry: Hang the cover to dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry.

Steam & Refresh: To keep the woven fabric looking crisp and wrinkle-free, we recommend using a steam iron. Gently steaming the fabric will smooth out any creases from washing.

The Ultimate Fluff: After steaming, you can use a blow dryer on the fabric while it is still slightly damp. Hold the dryer at a safe distance to ensure the fabric is completely dry and to help fluff up the texture for a fresh, volumized look.

1. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Category A: Vacuum Sealed Products (e.g., Beds)
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of these products, we strictly cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal has been opened. Once the seal is broken, the product expands and cannot be repackaged or resold. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened inside its original vacuum-sealed packaging. If you are unsure about the size or style, please do not break the seal until you are certain, or contact our support team for advice before opening.

Category B: Standard Packaged Products (e.g., Bags, Accessories)
For items that are not vacuum sealed, you may return them even if the outer packaging has been opened, provided they are completely unused. The item must be in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. It must be free from pet hair, odours, stains, or signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact support@furretti.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: Items purchased on "Final Sale" are not eligible for change of mind returns.

2. Warranty Policy

Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as Furretti) provides a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty to the original purchaser.

What is Covered:
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing faults such as defective stitching, broken zippers, or faulty hardware present at the time of delivery or developing during normal use.
• Structural defects arising from the manufacturing process.

What is NOT Covered:
This warranty is strictly for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by external factors. Specifically, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
• Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.
• Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels, kennels, or retail environments.
• Improper Care, including damage resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions (e.g. washing incorrectly).
• Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Furretti Bed. Covers designed for our beds may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect (regardless of whether it has been opened or used):

• Email support@furretti.com.au.
• Include your Order Number and clear photos or video showing the defect.
• If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To ensure your dog has the most comfortable sleep possible, we recommend choosing a size based on your dog's body length (measured from nose to tail base).

Small Size

• Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 34cm.
• Recommended Breeds: Chihuahua, Maltese Terrier, Miniature Dachshund, Miniature Poodle, Papillon, Pomeranian, Toy Poodle, and Yorkshire Terrier.
• Dimensions: External 60 x 50cm | Internal Sleeping Area 38 x 28cm.

Medium Size

• Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 50cm.
• Recommended Breeds: Beagle, Basset Hound, Cocker Spaniel, Corgi, Miniature Poodle, Shiba Inu, Whippet, and Yorkshire Terrier.
• Dimensions: External 80 x 60cm | Internal Sleeping Area 54 x 34cm.

Large Size

• Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 63cm.
• Recommended Breeds: Border Collie, Boxer, Dalmation, Golden Retriever, Husky, Labrador, Poodle, and Samoyed.
• Dimensions: External 100 x 70cm | Internal Sleeping Area 67 x 38cm.

X-Large Size

• Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 78cm.
• Recommended Breeds: Akita, Bernese Mountain Dog, Doberman, German Shepherd, Greyhound, Maremma Sheepdog, Rottweiler, and Vizsla.
• Dimensions: External 115 x 80cm | Internal Sleeping Area 82 x 46cm.
