Your Nido Bag ships without vacuum sealing, meaning it arrives ready for immediate adventures! While it doesn't need to expand, the woven fabric and internal fur may have settled during transit. A quick refresh will ensure it looks showroom-perfect.

Step-by-Step Refresh

1. Unpack & Shape:
Remove the bag from the box. Since it has been folded for shipping, give it a good shake and massage the sides to help the bag regain its proper shape.

2. Steam for Structure:
To remove any shipping creases from the woven polyester exterior, we recommend using a steam iron. Gently steaming the fabric will relax the fibers and help the bag stand up crisp and straight.

3. Fluff the Interior:
The cozy polyester fur lining inside creates a warm nest. To make it extra inviting, use a blow dryer on a warm setting to fluff up the fur, removing any compression marks and adding volume.

Result:
Your Nido Bag is now smooth, fluffy, and ready for travel!

Keeping your Nido Bag fresh is simple. It combines a durable woven exterior with a soft fur interior and a practical waterproof base, all designed for easy maintenance.

Washing Instructions

Preparation: The bag features a removable pillow cover. Unzip the cover and remove the internal sponge and PE board inserts before washing. These support inserts should not be machine washed.

Method: The main bag body and the pillow cover (without inserts) are machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent and cold water.

Drying & Finishing

Air Dry Only: Reshape the bag and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the faux fur and the waterproof base.

Steam & Refresh: Once dry, steam the woven exterior to remove wrinkles.

Volumize: Finish by blow-drying the interior fur to restore its soft, cloud-like texture.

1. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Category A: Vacuum Sealed Products (e.g., Beds)
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of these products, we strictly cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal has been opened. Once the seal is broken, the product expands and cannot be repackaged or resold. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened inside its original vacuum-sealed packaging. If you are unsure about the size or style, please do not break the seal until you are certain, or contact our support team for advice before opening.

Category B: Standard Packaged Products (e.g., Bags, Accessories)
For items that are not vacuum sealed, you may return them even if the outer packaging has been opened, provided they are completely unused. The item must be in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. It must be free from pet hair, odours, stains, or signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact support@furretti.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: Items purchased on "Final Sale" are not eligible for change of mind returns.

2. Warranty Policy

Dynamic Global Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as Furretti) provides a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty to the original purchaser.

What is Covered:
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing faults such as defective stitching, broken zippers, or faulty hardware present at the time of delivery or developing during normal use.
• Structural defects arising from the manufacturing process.

What is NOT Covered:
This warranty is strictly for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by external factors. Specifically, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular washing and intended use.
• Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.
• Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels, kennels, or retail environments.
• Improper Care, including damage resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions (e.g. washing incorrectly).
• Damage incurred by using the cover on a bed that is not a Furretti Bed. Covers designed for our beds may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect (regardless of whether it has been opened or used):

• Email support@furretti.com.au.
• Include your Order Number and clear photos or video showing the defect.
• If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To ensure your dog travels in comfort, we recommend this size for dogs with a body length not exceeding 40cm (measured from nose to tail base).

Small Size

• Best For: Dogs with a body length up to 40cm.
• Recommended Breeds: Chihuahua, Maltese Terrier, Miniature Dachshund, Miniature Poodle, Papillon, Pomeranian, Toy Poodle, and Yorkshire Terrier.
• Dimensions: External 64 x 35 x 32cm | Internal Pillow Area 44 x 28cm.
• Key Features: Dual handle options (shoulder and hand), waterproof base, and a structured removable pillow with PE board support.

How to Measure: Measure your dog from the nose to the base of the tail to ensure they fit comfortably within the 40cm limit.
